Meet Antonio Soave

Antonio Soave is an experienced business strategist, Merger & Acquisition (M&A) specialist, international trade advisor, and legal professor. He has over 25 years of experience in the automotive, oil & gas, railroad, heavy manufacturing, and machinery and equipment industries—from automotive parts to forged components, and from stamping machines to CNC machines (and well beyond).  He also served as the Secretary of Commerce for the state of Kansas from 2015 to 2017.

Apart from being an adjunct professor of law at Rockhurst University in Kansas City in 2024, Antonio also serves on the International Advisory Board of the United States Institute of Peace (USIP.org), a U.S. governmental entity that assists in mitigating conflict around the globe. He has served on the USIP board continuously for over ten (10) years (since 2014).

Antonio has served as an investor on small cap transactions, and he currently interfaces as an advisor with select private equity (PE) firms in North America, as well as with sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East.

In terms of global logistics and shipping, Antonio was on the board of Grimaldi Shipping in North America, and he later served as an advisor to Axiolog to help create the very first global shipping and logistics platform with end-to-end, point-of-origin to final-destination capabilities.

Throughout the 2000s, Antonio became a key advisor to global rail companies such as Herzog, Amsted, and Freight Car America. He helped these entities to expand their rail businesses abroad, and to establish operations in foreign countries as well. Antonio became a primary component in the master planning of Transit Oriented

Development (TOD) during that interval that lasted for nearly two decades.
